  • Every government source we hold for that district, and what each one says

  • Whether you are permitted to buy — the check nobody else runs
  • A plain list of what we could not find
A records report, not a legal opinion. It tells you what the record says and names what it does not.

What you are actually paying for

₹1 right now — the launch price, for the next 25 reports. After those, it is ₹589 including GST (₹499 plus 18%). You are charged the first number, not the second.

Seven of the nine services we studied publish no number at all. The figure above is the figure debited — there is no site visit fee, no per-source charge, and nothing added at the last screen.

What neither tier covers

Bank loans and charges never appear on a revenue record. The master plan zone — held by the development authority, not the revenue office — means land can be fully converted and still sit where building is not permitted, so the records report does not cover buildability. Whether the plot is part of an approved layout. And whether a recorded right of way reaches it.

Those four are what the advocate tier adds. What we do read, in full.
