If you have paid and something looks wrong, email us with the report number and say what you expected to see. We would rather hear about it than have you assume the record is right.
If you are not sure whether we hold what you need for a particular district, ask. We will tell you plainly whether we can answer for that parcel, and we will say so if we cannot rather than take the order.
